Saint Zebulon - Saint Zebulon Vol. 2: Reconciled

On his rapid rise to the top of the rap game, the Gallitzin rapper Saint Zebulon comes around with the release of "Saint Zebulon Vol. 2: Reconciled", his latest album, which will be available for download at the common platforms on 2018-10-22.

We took the chance to do a short interview with him to learn more about the motivation behind doing the record and the creation process of "Saint Zebulon Vol. 2: Reconciled".

NuEraMixtapes: Thanks for taking the time to do this interview with us. You said it took you 14 months in total to record "Saint Zebulon Vol. 2: Reconciled". What was the motivation behind it?

Saint Zebulon: A Saint Zebulon release typically looks like an album of instrumentals created by me, with guest vocalist features on each track. The idea with Saint Zebulon is for me to produce the music I love while giving the opportunity to rap/hip-hop artists to promote them, give them other contacts to network with, and otherwise branch them out. Saint Zebulon is all about lifting up other artists.

NuEraMixtapes: You described your release as Innovating with formidable lyrics, your rap style is slightly comparable with Kanye West, Nas, Lil Wayne's sound. What makes you unique and how do you set yourself apart from other aspiring artists?

Saint Zebulon: As a music producer that started making electronic music, I see many producers going into the hip-hop genre and trying to make something of it for themselves. I rarely ever see someone do what I do, which is give artists other than myself a platform to get their foot in the door.

What obstacles have you faced and overcome in the music industry so far?

Saint Zebulon: One main criticism of someone who tries to make and release their own music as a brand is this idea that, "You'll never make it." You don't have to make it, you just need to do what you want to do. If you spend lots of hours every day at one thing, it may take you years to decades, but at some point you will be an expert in that particular field.
