On his rapid rise to the top of the rap game, the Colorado Springs rapper NinaN9ne comes around with the release of "Poison", his latest single, which will be available for download at the common platforms on 2019-03-15.

We took the chance to do a short interview with him to learn more about the motivation behind doing the record and the creation process of "Poison".

NuEraMixtapes: Thanks for taking the time to do this interview with us. You said it took you 6months on this jewel months in total to record "Poison". What was the motivation behind it?

NinaN9ne: Poison is my comparison between how being in love is strangly similair to being hooked on drugs, due to being highly addictive and possibly fatal…

NuEraMixtapes: You described your release as Epic with bold lyrics, your rap style is slightly comparable with Nobody's sound. What makes you unique and how do you set yourself apart from other aspiring artists?

NinaN9ne: My faith, passion, drive, and confidence in myself and my abilities alone are unmatched. Add in the overall love and support of my backing & fanbase im calling hiphop is my lane now ask your God he gave it to me.

Success to me is when i reach the point in which that myself and the ones i value no longer have to take penitentiary chances just to survive. My times is to pricey for the state…

What obstacles have you faced and overcome in the music industry so far?

NinaN9ne: Life is the only obstacle when i 1st started taking it seriously 3yrs ago i was homeless with nothing and turned nothing into boardline fame no matter what anyone says or thinks push for your dreams only you can make them reality… Make a way not an excuse.
